500 Internal Server Error

Possible Cause

» This may be a temporary issue, or an issue with only a specific page or URL.

» A code change or update to the website has resulted in an error which the server can not process.

» File or folder permissions are incorrect or file is set to an insecure permission (ie 777 world writable).

Possible Solutions

» Try closing your browser and accessing the URL again. If this doesn't work, contact support with debug info above.

» Revert the code change or revert any changes to the file from a recent backup.

» If you are the website owner, check file and folder permissions for the URL you are trying to access.
